Doi: 10.12957/geouerj.2015.6160The relations between the concept of tourism and population displacement religious, motivated by their beliefs, allows us to reflect on a segment of the tourist market rarely addressed in research in Human Geography: religious tourism. It is understood that the tourism sector in its plurality of beliefs in Brazil and as a multifaceted phenomenon that is at the same time, religious, psychological, economic, political and territorial. In the scenario of global society, international religious tourism such as the World Youth Day may foster reflection about geoethic mutual support as a paradigm for International Relations. The purpose of this article is to discuss this issue as an agenda for future studies.Downloads
