The technical infrastructure networks are fundamental to understand the new territorial dynamics and the double movement of integration and disintegration, fruit of the contradictions of the current phase of flexible capitalism. The objective of this article is to reflect on the role of the regional integration projects in South America, elaborated in the scope of COSIPLAN/IIRSA for the expansion of transport infrastructures networks, considering the demand of circulation and accumulation of capital, as well as the obstacles for the execution of these projects.Downloads
