Abstract

The communitie is build starting from the integration and the different exchange between communities. As human form of grouping, it is characterized by two main elements: the policy and the space. So, with the modernity, the dependence of that is out of them overlaps with that is inside them, where the hegemonic actors renew the social relations, the means of production and the own understanding about these spaces. The academy also is responsable to reproduce different views about the concept of community and your aplications. In Brazil, the political relations, in resignation of the communities, stands out. The authoritarianism of the hegemonic classes a imposition in the living together and the discourse produced with local base, hide the conflicts lived in communities and prevent internal and external political action of the population. This article discuss these questions starting the theoretical review of authors that work the term and that use it to explain a local reality. We stress the necessity of a lecture political and historical with the form of the communities are in the space, your dymamics and transformations.
