In 1928, the Antropophagy.  In 1968, the Tropicalism.  In 2008, the Remix.  A text, a record, a documentary.  Three manifests.  What there is in common between them beyond the fact that they have a break of exact 40 years?  All of them celebrate what many call of hybridism, others of sincretism or mash-up.  Independent of the form as we call this cultural phenomenon, a thing is certain: it results in cultural diversity.  Values-it is the key for the development of our country.  It is what believes the Ministery of Culture, that is utilizing digital technologies to put this strategy in practice.  In this way, this text is the beginning of an investigation about the positioning of the Ministery of Culture facing the digital culture, analyze MINC’s use of the new technologies in the elaboration of public policies and still, answer the question: the Brazilian culture heritage contributes in the elaboration of cultural policies that answer the challenges of the digital age?
