Abstract
This paper aims to highlight the ineligibility of its concept, foundation and legal nature, focusing on the ineligibility for rejection of accounts provided in art. 1, 1, g of LC 64/90. ln order to do so, the main themes of ineligibility were discussed such as: concepts, foundations and ineligibilities in species, such as constitutional and infraconstitutional or legal. Next, it was a legal matter. Finally, in order to analyze the ineligibility for rejection of accounts, it was highlighted the assumptions for its incidence, the concept of irreparable irregularity and the configuration of the malicious act of administrative improbity.
