EL TIEMPO Y LO HUMANO DESPUÉS DEL FIN A PROPÓSITO DE FRÍO DE RAFAEL PINEDO Y MANIGUA DE CARLOS RÍOS
Main Article Content
Abstract
This article aims to address the dialogue between two images of the future born within recent Argentine literature: the first of them is Frío, a novel written by Rafael Pinedo in 2004 and published after the death of its author, and the second is Manigua, the first novel by Carlos Ríos published in 2009. The analysis proposes two perspectives: one that emphasizes a new perception of time determined by the climate and another that focuses on a new conception of the human based on its relationship with the animal, challenging the old division between Nature and Culture.
