MELUSINA DA LENDA AO MITO MODERNO
Main Article Content
Abstract
Since the fourteenth century, the literary work has revisited the myth of the fairy Melusina. In this article, we will limit ourselves to recognizing its presence in French literature of the second half of the nineteenth century and the first of the twentieth century, through the works of three authors: Gérard de Nerval, Joséphin Péladan and André Breton. Without the pretension of exhausting the various ways in which the fairy is present in the works of these authors, we will seek to grasp an intertextual seam between them, by examining its dynamics, often complex, involving an intertextual puzzle and processes of refigurations and transfigurations.
