Efeitos mediadores da consistência do sistema de gestão de desempenho na relação entre estilo de liderança laissez-faire e satisfação no trabalho no setor público
Resumo
Com objetivo de analisar os efeitos da consistência do sistema de gestão de desempenho de recursos humanos (CSGDRH) na relação entre o estilo de liderança laissez-faire (AUSL) e satisfação no trabalho (SATF) no setor público, desenvolveu-se uma pesquisa quantitativa e descritiva, com coleta de dados realizados por meio de questionários aplicados aos servidores públicos federais atuantes em autarquias vinculadas ao Ministério da Infraestrutura (MInfra). A amostra foi composta por 132 servidores, sendo que, 50 respondentes ocupam cargo de gestão e 82 não ocupam. As relações teóricas entre os constructos foram testadas por meio de modelagem de equações estruturais. Os resultados indicaram relações significativas e positivas entre o estilo de liderança laissez-faire e CSGDRH e entre a CSGDRH e satisfação no trabalho. Porém não foi possível confirmar a relação entre AUSL e satisfação no trabalho, no entanto, quando testado o efeito mediador da CSDGRH na relação entre AUSL e satisfação no trabalho, os resultados estatísticos encontrados foram positivos e significativos. Estes achados evidenciam que a CSGDRH apoia os líderes ajudando a alinhar expectativas, determinar o nível de autonomia que beneficia os colaboradores e a organização, além de auxiliar na orientação do comportamento dos colaboradores de acordo com a visão da empresa, para moldar proativamente as relações organizacionais, sentimentos de cooperação, desempenho, motivação e satisfação.
