O artigo examina a forme de inserção externa comercial do Brasil, traçando uma trajetória de sua evolução até a atualidade, quando o país se auto-define como global trader e global player. Analisa em seguida o papel do Brasil nos marcos do BRIC, destacando seus benefícios e suas diferenças.
ABSTRACT
This article examines how Brazil has developed its foreign trade, tracing its trajectory from the earliest days to current times, when the country defines itself as a global trader and global player. An analysis is then presented of Brazil’s role as a member of the BRIC group, highlighting its benefits and differences.
