Abstract

o presente artigo busca descrever e analisar as principais continuidades e alterações da Doutrina Militar, da Estratégia de Segurança Nacional e do Conceito de Política Externa da Rússia, bem como os imperativos para tais mudanças e a visão de Moscou sobre o sistema internacional após 2014.

ABSTRACT

This paper aims to describe and analyze the main continuities and changes in the Military Doctrine, the National Security Strategy and the Foreign Policy Concept of Russia, as well as analyze the imperatives for such changes and Moscow’s vision towards the international system after 2014.
