Palavras-chave: Política curricular; Pedagogia; representação EPISTEMIC COMMUNITIES AND CHALLENGES OF THE REPRESENTATION IN THE CURRICULAR POLICY OF THE COURSE OF PEDAGOGY Abstrat This article analyzes the performance of an epistemic community in the formulation of the National Curricular Guidelines for the course of Pedagogy. The main objective is to understand why, within the own epistemic community, there are requests to define other guidelines, for the same course, even after they were established by Resolution CNE/CP N°.01/2006. The presented analyzes lead to the understanding that the fact refers to political implications only. It is observed in the representations that some requests were shutdown, but not eliminated. They continue operating as discursive formations potentially capable to create new political articulations. This leads to our thinking that a curricular text is always provisory and contingent. Key-words: Curricular politics; Pedagogy; representation.
