Resumo
Este trabalho tem como objetivo estudar o papel da imprensa na Reforma do Judiciário brasileiro, no escopo da Emenda Constitucional 45, sobretudo no que diz respeito à visibilidade do Sistema de Justiça. Com base em fontes documentais e em entrevistas com operadores do Sistema de Justiça e com jornalistas especializados, a formatação da lei foi entendida tendo como base as relações de poder entre grupos, indivíduos e instituições.

Abstract
This article aims at understanding the role of the press during the Reform of the Judiciary in Brazil, defined by the Constitutional Amendment 45, especially regarding the visibility of the Justice System. Based on documents and interviews with operators in the Justice System and with specialized journalists, the formatting process of the law was comprehended as a means to examine the power relationships between groups, individuals and institutions.
