16:58
GOAL Hull 2-1 Bristol City (Seri, 90+4)

16:53
Full time scores start to come in
16:48
RED CARD: Cardiff 1-0 Norwich
This game has already had one red card and now we've got another as Norwich City captain Grant Hanley is shown a second yellow card.
He mistimes his attempted challenge on Mark Harris as both team's are now down to 10 men. Norwich boss Dean Smith is fuming and rightly so.
16:45
RED CARD: Wigan 0-0 Preston
Ched Evans has been on the pitch just a matter of minutes after coming on but finds himself back off the pitch as he is shown a straight red card for a dangerous tackle on Curtis Tilt. Some questioning the intent with Evans originally appearing to slip but the referee has given him his marching orders.
16:43
Cardiff 1-0 Norwich
Worrying scenes for Norwich fans as their star striker Teemu Pukki has left the pitch clutching his calf as the visitors go in search of an equaliser against 10-men Cardiff. The hosts may be a man down but still look largely in control.
16:36
GOAL Hull 1-1 Bristoi City (Tufan, 72 pen)
Hull have pulled themselves level from the penalty spot through new signing Ozan Tufan. There looked to be very little contact in the penalty box but Hull fans won't care as they equalise against the run of play.
16:34
RED CARD: Cardiff 1-0 Norwich
Tempers are flaring down in Wales as Cardiff are reduced to 10-men with Perry Ng sent for an early bath, just the third red card of his career! He was shown a second yellow card for a rash challenge and has left his side with an incredibly difficult task to hold out against Norwich.
16:26
GOAL Millwall 2-0 Stoke (Cresswell, 65)
And of course as soon as I write that we have another goal!
It's that man Charlie Cresswell again who is enjoying a debut to remember as he doubles Millwall's lead with another headed goal to give the Lions breathing space.
16:23
Slow burners across the Championship
That first half flurry of goals seems to have momentarily petered out with Cardiff scoring the only second half goal of the afternoon. Wigan v Preston and Luton v Birmingham are the only goalless games in this opening weekend of Championship fixtures.
Swansea's match against Rotherham is also the only match with more than one goal in it so far (1-1).
16:14
DISALLOWED: Millwall 1-0 Stoke
Millwall have the ball in the back of the net but Tom Bradshaw has his brilliantly taken finish chalked off as the linesman raises his flag for offside.
16:11
GOAL Cardiff 1-0 Norwich (Sawyers, 49)
We hoped for more goals and have got exactly that as Cardiff take an early second-half lead against Norwich through Romaine Sawyers who has scored on his debut with a shot from 25 yards out.
Today is quickly turning into the opening weekend of long-range strikes with plenty of thunderous goals going in around the grounds. Norwich need to improve on that lackluster first half if they are to get back into this one.
16:08
Back underway in the Championship
We're back underway across this afternoon's eight Championship fixtures! Here's hoping for some more goals!
16:07
Half time round-up
It has been a relatively tentative start to the Championship's opening weekend with just six goals across the eight games, but there have been some stunning strikes and very early contenders for goal of the season.
Callum Connolly opened the weekend scoring to put Blackpool in front against Reading.
Debutant Charlie Cresswell marked his first appearance in a Millwall shirt with a brilliant header after just 12 minutes to give Millwall a 1-0 lead over Stoke.
Chieo Ogbene opened the scoring for Rotherham against Swansea before the visitors pulled themselves level as defender Harry Darling struck a 30-yard thunderbolt.
The ever-reliable Andreas Weimann made no mistake from close-range to put Bristol City in front against Hull.
Blackburn took the lead in their clash against QPR just ten minutes before half time as Lewis Travis struck from long-range.
