Ketogenic Accelerator Review

If you're anything like me, your Ketogenic Accelerator schedule is already busy enough without you having to add other things in like a gym membership or exercise class. You probably have a job, a family, hobbies, dare I say a social life... and you're already struggling to keep up with all of those things! Don't worry. There is another option. You can lose weight from the comfort of your own home, or your office, or even your car. You just have to be a bit clever and sneaky about it. Are you ready? Butt clenches - who doesn't want a firmer butt, right? So all you need to do is clench your bum cheeks and hold for 5 seconds, then release, and repeat 10 times. If that's too easy, hold for 10 seconds and repeat 20 times. You can do these while standing in line at the supermarket, while being in traffic, while watching TV with your family. Aim to do 3 lots of the repetitions a day. Laundry lifts - so you've done a load of laundry and you have all the wet clothes in the laundry basket. Simply lift the basket right up above your head so your arms are completely stretched, hold for a moment, and back down. Aim for 3 sets of 15 lifts.
