Resumo
En este artículo analizo las relaciones entre las nociones de Derecho, Soberanía y Biopolítica establecidas por el filósofo italiano Giorgio Agamben, las cuales son eslabones indiferenciados de una misma cadena o "Cinta de Moebius". Argumento que este autor en su interpretación sesgada de la biopolíticacae en una homologación teórica de ésta con el Derecho y la Soberanía. En consecuencia, el Derecho en tanto discurso prescriptivo se perpetúa a sí mismo en el ejercicio de una "violencia pura" a través del estado de excepción.

Abstract
This article aims to show how the undifferentiated treatment of the notions of Law, sovereignty and biopolitics established by the Italian philosopher Giorgio Agamben, led him to the impasse in interpreting the law in terms of a "legal machine" perpetuating itself in the exercise of a "pure violence." To this tale, the triple reduction law states: first the sovereignty, then biopolitics and, finally, to the totalitarianism.
