Resumo

El Espacio Ultraterrestre es un ámbito de relaciones comerciales internacionales donde actúan Estados, Organizaciones Internacionales y empresas privadas planteándose controversias entre ellos. El objetivo de este artículo es analizar las nuevas reglas de arbitraje  adoptadas por la Corte Permanente de Arbitraje para las actividades espaciales y su impacto en la Sociedad Internacional.

ABSTRACT

Outer space is an ambit of international trade relations in which states, international organizations and private businesses operate, sparking controversies between them. The aim of this article is to analyse the new arbitration rules adopted by the Permanent Court of Arbitration for outer space activities, and their impact on international society.
