Neste artigo empreende-se uma breve crítica à noção de “Estado falido”, ilustrando seus limites ao enquadrar o do México nesse conceito. Faz-se isso por meio de uma análise do exemplo prático do tratamento internacional do México como tal: a Iniciativa Mérida. Finalmente, apresentamos uma breve análise de campo das repercussões societais do massacre de Aynotzinapa (2014).
ABSTRACT
This paper undertakes a brief criticism of the notion of "failed state", illustrating its limits with the inclusion Mexico in this framework. Such reflections are undertaken by a practical example of such reality: the Merida Initiative. We also present elements of fieldwork based analysis of societal repercussions of the massacre of Ayotzinapa (2014).
