In the present research, the challenges of constructing more inclusive cities will be addressed. To that end, the perspectives and dimensions of social justice will be approached through Nancy Fraser's theory. The need to ally the issue of economic redistribution with the recognition of the socio-cultural historical circumstances of exclusion and denial of rights. In this sense, the right to the city stands as a human right insofar as it relates directly to the conception of a dignified life and a search for more equality in social relations, be they economic, gender or race. For this reason, it will be highlighted the collective force of claim of social movements and their role in the phenomena of removal and gentrification. Therefore, the human right to the city can be an object of dispute that depends actively on the action of social actors in the exercise of this right that in theory and in practice belongs to everyone.Downloads
