FUNDAMENTALS AND PRODUCTION DYNAMICS OF SPACE IN THE PROCESS OF EXPANSION OF THE URBAN PERIMETER OF DOURADOS – MS (2011-2014)

In this article we seek to understand the changes in the dynamics of land urban market in Dourados/MS, resulting from the expansion of the urban perimeter, held in the year 2011. The large amount of rural land converted into land available for urbanization purposes drew attention by to mean sharp change the conditions under which performs concrete and symbolic production the city. As practical example of such transformations, we have the high real estate prices and urban phenomena resulting from the features new of acting of incorporator, construction companies and real estate. As immediate result, it turns out, for example, the emergence of new outbreaks of urban occupations considered irregular and the production of residential condominiums "closed wall", which highlights the growing contradictions urban socio-spatial.
