Resumo

This article presents an empirical study that was realized in 2013 at the European University Viadrina in Frankfurt/Oder, Germany. It dealt with the question how cultural learning following Claus Altmayer (ALTMAYER, 2004; ALTMAYER, 2006) can be understood, when a video for language learning is used to attain the goals set by Claus Altmayer. The theoretical bases and the main outcomes of the empirical study will be presented, most importantly the specific value of (SCHRÖDER, 1998) or rich points (AGAR,
1996; AGAR, 2008; AGAR, 2011) for cultural learning.
