Requisitos de Qualidade de Aplicações Web

Resumo

This paper describes the recent quality model andquality evaluation of software and Web-basedapplication. We will briefly describe the definedmodel by the ISO/IEC 9126-1 [7] and ISO/IEC14598[8] International Standards, the MFAQS (aFuzzy Model to Software Quality Evaluation) and therecent quality evaluation of Web-based applicationmodels. At the end, we will describe the qualityrequirements proposed model by Gatti [5], whichdefines characteristics and attributes as qualityrequirements in a Web-based application and explainthe evaluation process to be followed using thatmodel.
