AJUSTE DE DISTRIBUIÇÕES WEIBULL TRI-PARAMÉTRICAS COM ELEVADAS ASSIMETRIAS NA GERAÇÃO DE VELOCIDADES MENSAIS DE VENTOS CORRELACIONADAS COM VAZÕES NA PROGRAMAÇÃO DINÂMICA DUAL ESTOCÁSTICA

Propõe-se uma abordagem para a modelagem de velocidades mensais de ventos por meio de distribuições Weibull tri-paramétricas, na geração de cenários de ventos mensais correlacionados com vazões às usinas hidroelétricas, em um esquema de Programação Dinâmica Dual Estocástica. A velocidade dos ventos é modelada como uma regressão das afluências mais um resíduo. Assim, a distribuição Weibull é ajustada aos resíduos das velocidades mensais de ventos, correlacionados e normalmente distribuídos, que também considera as correlações cruzadas entre as vazões às hidroelétricas e as velocidades do vento dos parques eólicos. O algoritmo proposto parte de um valor inicial para a estimativa do parâmetro posição, o qual pode ser obtido através de regressões lineares, calcula estimativas dos outros parâmetros por meio do método dos momentos e, de forma iterativa, atualiza a estimativa inicial com vistas a reduzir a diferença entre as assimetrias das velocidades de ventos sintéticas (geradas) e históricas. A metodologia proposta foi aplicada a parques eólicos do Nordeste e Sul do Brasil em diversas situações, incluindo assimetrias elevadas, e o seu desempenho foi superior a 17 outros métodos. A abordagem proposta é geral, e pode ser utilizada em outras aplicações.
