This work is a continuity of studies (PIRES,1995; 1997) about the influences ofthe actions of the banking reforms, theInformatic National Politics, the bankingautomation process and the developing ofinformatic technology on the currentrestructuring of territorial management formsin Brazilian's large financial conglomeratesof private sector.
