Abstract

Through the conceptualization of collective intelligence, an analysis of its construction, that uses the web as a reinforcing platform, and its dynamic of self-organization is searched. It is questioned to what extent the egalitarian relations form these cases, pointing to the presence of hierarchies and tensions, finding in the conflicts a focus for the study. To this end, Wikipedia is analyzed within its conflicts arising from the collaboration, from the process management and its repercussion.
