Abstract
The present study aims to discriminate the effects and increments of the concept and project of a loose application preliminarily guided by the extraordinary resource no. 1,054,490. A controversial issue in the Brazilian spbere, the loose candidacy has received impetus in tbe pofüical circles, however it finds some resistance in the legal class. The paradigms established in interlocutory No. 1,054,490 provide a greater clarification and understanding of a probable total reception of the phenomenon within the Brazilian electoral sphere. Such reception would have numerous effects, converging in tine with international pacts, but impeding in the Brazilian sphere. Above ali, the lawful thing is to analyze and debate the effects of such an aggravation.
