Abstract
The occupation called Ocuppy Wall Street, which took place in 2011, in New York brought a new view at social inequality in a developed country and consolidated democracy, since it is the cradle of a prominent form of constitutionalism. However, it is important to realize that this movement takes place with others that occurred in the sarne period in Spain and later in 20 I 3 in Brazil.
