Abstract
The present work has the scope to clarify the crime of violation of the secrecy of the vote provided for in article 312 of the Electoral Code and the printing of electronic voting as a cause affecting this guarantee of the voter. The research will use the analytical-descriptive method. The printed vote is provided for in Law No. 13.165 / 2015, called the Electoral Reform Law. The first chapter will analyze the violation foreseen in article 312 of the Electoral Code and, consequently, in the second chapter explaining the printed electronic vote, concluding with the third chapter noting the possibility that the printed vote affects the confidentiality of the vote.
