Resumen
El presente trabajo, se encuentra dirigido a realizar un análisis de la contradicción de criterios 299/2013, resuelta por la Suprema Corte de Justicia de la Nación (SCJN, 2014), sobre la posibilidad de realizar control de constitucionalidad y convencionalidad de la Jurisprudencia emitida por la SCJN, entre las sustentadas por el Octavo Tribunal Colegiado de Circuito del centro auxiliar de la tercera región, con residencia en Guadalajara, Jalisco, y el Tribunal Colegiado del Vigésimo Quinto Circuito, con residencia en la ciudad de Durango, Durango. Lo anterior, con la finalidad de analizar los argumentos principales que respaldaron la determinación del máximo tribunal, y reflexionar sobre la aplicación de dicho criterio, a la jurisprudencia que emita el Tribunal Electoral del Poder Judicial de la Federación (TEPJF) en materia electoral, dado su calidad de Tribunal Constitucional especializado, así como los inconvenientes de dicho criterio en la evolución del control difuso de la constitucionalidad en México. Por lo que el análisis y desarrollo del presente texto, se hará bajo el método de estudio de caso, y el correspondiente análisis e interpretación del marco constitucional y legal que regula el control de la constitucionalidad/convencionalidad y la jurisprudencia en México (método exegético).

Abstract
The present work is directed to perform an analysis of the contradiction of 299/2013 criteria, be settled by the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation (SCJN, 2014)), among the supported by the Eighth Circuit Court of Appeals of the center of the third region, with residence in Guadalajara, Jalisco, and the Appellate Court of the Twenty-Fifth Circuit, with residence in Durango, Durango: about the possibility to control of constitutionality and conventionality of the case law issued by the Supreme Court of Justice of the Nation. The above, with the aim of analysing the main arguments that supported the self-determination of the highest court, and reflect on the implementation of this criterion, the case law issued by the Electoral Tribunal of Judicial Power of the Federation (TEPJF), given the quality of the Constitutional Court, as well as the drawbacks of such an approach in the evolution of the diffuse control of the constitutionality in Mexico. So the analysis and development of the present text, will be under the case study method, and the analysis and interpretation of the constitutional and legal framework that regulates the control of the constitutionality/conventionality and jurisprudence in Mexico (exegetical method).
